Your responsibilities

- You will lead the sales team both professionally and disciplinarily, actively fostering a strong team spirit and sustainable growth
- Together with the management team, you will develop robust strategies for lead generation and market expansion – and continuously drive our sales and marketing activities forward.
- You identify new market and customer opportunities, understand their requirements, and proactively pass this input on to product and project management
- You take responsibility for achieving ambitious sales and growth targets and effectively represent your team’s interests throughout the organization
- You plan, coordinate and monitor milestone plans – always keeping deadlines, quality, and budgets in mind
- You independently handle key customer meetings, presentations, industry events, trade fairs, and campaigns – professionally, persuasively, and with structure
- In close coordination with other departments, you support your team in preparing offers, conducting contract negotiations, and managing tenders
Good qualities

- You have several years of experience in selling hardware or software – ideally in the mobility sector (rail, bus, transport)
- You have a proven track record in leading teams – with a modern, motivating, and collaborative leadership style
- You inspire people and win them over for the company’s vision
- You are a true creator and actively make the most of your scope for action
- You impress with clear communication, organizational skills, and strong conflict resolution abilities
- You are experienced in working with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and have a good sense for data quality and efficient processes
- You think and act along the entire sales funnel – from lead qualification to successful deal closure
- You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
