Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Installation & Customer Service

Your responsibilities

Diverse & exciting

  • Coordinative project management of bus and rail projects in the fields of new construction and service
  • Carrying out installations, commissioning and finalizations of our products and systems in the field of hardware and firmware at our customers’ sites in Switzerland and Austria
  • Customer support for current service orders as well as 1st and 2nd level support
  • Organizing and executing customer trainings
  • Creating customer and project specific technical documents in cooperation with internal interfaces such as Development (hardware & software), Quality Management and Product Management
  • Technical sales support for preparing quotations
  • Collaborating in in-house improvement projects

Good qualities

  • Successfully completed professional technical training
  • Experiences in project management and execution of customer orders in the field of installations and commissioning (hardware & firmware)
  • Experience in customer service and solution-oriented handling of customer complaints
  • Distinct customer and service orientation, structured and independent way of working, high level of commitment and reliability as well as open communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel domestically and abroad
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (both spoken and written). In addition, knowledge of Italian and/or French would be ideal
