DILAX Public Spaces becomes PFM Berlin GmbH

The Public Spaces division of DILAX Intelcom GmbH, specialized in retail, shopping centers and event venues, has been acquired by the PFM Intelligence Group. As of November 10, 2025, the division operates under its new name PFM Berlin GmbH.

As part of the acquisition, employees from the Project Management and Customer Service department will also join the new company. For existing customers, this means familiar contacts, continued support – and at the same time, fresh momentum through integration into an international organization known for its innovative strength.
